I’ve been slowly forcing myself to get back outside. I decided to go to Lake Michigan with my fave, Stephanie (owner of @Hackberryteaco on IG, check her out), because it was so, so beautiful out. Still cold, but beautiful, nonetheless!

These Signature Skinny Crop Coated Jeans by Seven7 at Nordstrom were perfect for the weather AND they hold you in so well! I wish they came in red! They’re already cropped but because I’m a shorty, I was still able to cuff them (for anklet purposes of course, lol!)

I live for a graphic tee and if I've got bracelets to match, it’s going in the cart, lol! $20 bucks for this dope, colorful Beatles tee, and yes, I know at least two of their songs...lol!

I’m still teaching myself how to distress some of mine; it’s MUCH harder than it looks. I’ve ruined many shirts in my trials so far :/

I love the lake but looks can be deceiving. You never really know the Chicago weather, so you have to wing it. It can SAY 64 but FEEL like 44, especially living near the lake. Yet, I’m hardheaded and over sweaters, to be honest though, I can’t lie.

So, leather skinny jeans, a graphic tee, Air Max, and a denim jacket (not pictured) were a great choice for this beautiful day at the lake with my friennnn.

Not that I’m biased, but my bracelets make EVERYTHING pop as well.

MY LOOK

I’m not a “sneakerhead” per se' but you’ll likely see me in Air Max more than heels. These Masters are probably my favorite pair to date. They were released in 2017 I think, but it took me a couple of years to finally cop them…I hate sneaker resellers…lol.

“Simple but fly” is the motto.
